Iron Lake parcel with 334 feet of frontage and 30+ acres! This parcel is located in Iron County of the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. Iron Lake is 396 acres, and has depths of 45 feet. It is an extremely good Walleye lake, and it also has some Northern pike, Smallmouth bass, and some Bluegills, Perch, and Crappies. There is a nice public access site with a hard surfaced ramp just a short drive north of the parcel. This area is known for All-Season Recreation! The property has been surveyed, and four parcels have been identified along the shoreline for possible future development. The level terrain should accommodate building, and there are beautiful standing red pine which could become log cabin building material. The property shoreline is composed of hard sand. Electricity and telephone is available at the road side.
